- Mid-quarter conference calls with updates, best practices, personal updates, and advice on challenges and opportunities.
- The meeting is facilitated and led by Phil Symchych, who leverages the expertise and experience of the individual group members for the benefit of each member, in a confidential and structured environment.
- The meeting structure may include some or all of the following, depending on individual group member’s priorities: status report with metrics, best practices and learning components, challenges and opportunities, action plans with timelines and project management details, resources and obstacles, and accountabilities, time for socializing and networking, and personal and professional development.
- Peer feedback – at your request – on opportunities and challenges.
- Structured time and support to work on your most important priorities, developing action plans, and leveraging the group as your sounding board.
- Annual retreat at a resort-type location where multiple forums may meet and interact, spouses are welcome to attend, a guest speaker will present information, and additional relationships can be established and enhanced among the multiple forum members.
